Terms of Service

These terms apply to the cross-border network access subscription service provided by VPNZK. Please review the service scope, billing, and refund rules before use. By activating or using the service, you accept these terms. If you have questions, contact support through a ticket in the user panel before deciding whether to use the service.
Service Scope
VPNZK provides international routes and network acceleration, with coverage in 90+ countries and 160+ routes. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes and service details are shown in the user panel and client. Coverage does not guarantee that every route will connect at all times or that third-party websites will permit access.
The client and subscription are delivered through the user panel. Users must log in and have an active plan to receive the client. Accounts, content licenses, and fees for third-party platforms are not included in a VPNZK subscription. Use of those platforms remains subject to their own rules.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; registration uses a username and password. Keep your account password and subscription link secure. Do not post them publicly or let others use them. A subscription link acts as an access credential. If it is exposed or you notice an unusual connection, take action through the user panel and submit a support ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, for use by the account holder on their own devices. This does not permit account sharing. Reselling, renting, or transferring a subscription, sharing account or subscription credentials with others, or using a subscription to provide commercial relay services to third parties is prohibited. The unlimited device allowance does not change the plan's data billing rules.
Billing and Refunds
Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month for 60GB · ¥18/month for 250GB · ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days. Data packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Data is valid until used and never expires. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.
You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a support ticket in the user panel, including the relevant order details and refund request. We may need to verify the order and payment ownership. Do not include your account password or subscription credentials in a ticket. Refund decisions and progress are communicated through the ticket. These terms do not impose a data-usage threshold for refunds.
Lawful Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply in their place of residence and actual place of use, and use the service only for lawful cross-border access and network acceleration. Using the service for network attacks, fraud, privacy violations, intellectual property infringement, distribution of unlawful content, or other illegal activities is prohibited.
Users are responsible for their actions and the content they access. Do not disrupt the normal operation of routes, the client, or the user panel, or attempt to access another user's account or connection permissions. Restrictions on regions, accounts, and content are set by third-party platforms. This service does not replace their authorization.
Availability and Liability
Connection quality depends on the local network, carrier routing, device settings, route maintenance, and third-party platform status. VPNZK does not guarantee a fixed speed, uninterrupted connections, or continuous availability of any particular platform. If an issue occurs, note the client message, affected route, and circumstances, then submit a ticket for troubleshooting assistance.
Responsibility for issues caused by user configuration errors, exposed credentials, changes by third-party platforms, or force majeure will be assessed based on the circumstances. These terms do not waive any liability required by law or limit users' legal rights. The availability information does not change the refund commitment above.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
In cases of unlawful use, resale or sharing, harm to others' rights, or disruption of service, VPNZK may restrict relevant connections, suspend service, or terminate an account as appropriate. Users may raise an objection and provide additional information through a support ticket. Orders and refunds are handled under these terms and applicable law; account actions do not replace a refund review.
Changes to these terms will be published on this page with an updated date. Significant changes will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce refund rights attached to existing orders. Review updates before continuing to use the service. If you do not accept the changes, you may stop using the service and ask through a support ticket how your existing subscription will be handled.
